Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced LTT Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Beacon Hill in Clark, NJ.
This role is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office and 2 remote days, guaranteeing a 40 hour work week. The assignment will last for at least one month with the potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Complete various work assignments
- Prepare presentations with graphs and tables
- Schedule appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence
- Maintain a calendar
- Prepare expense reports
- Organize video and phone conferences
- Arrange and provide support for internal meetings
- Manage multiple priorities
- Handle confidential information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- High degree of professionalism
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of internal and external senior management
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Fluency in French or other foreign language preferred
