Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an Experienced Hire Recruiter to support high-level hiring for Partner and Principal roles across industry and service practices. This is a dynamic and highly visible position within a collaborative recruiting team, with opportunities to contribute to broader hiring initiatives including campus and internal recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for executive-level consulting hires
- Provide mentorship and direction to junior recruiting team members
- Contribute to inclusion-focused hiring goals and strategic recruiting projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external search partners
- Play an active role in offer development, negotiation, and closing
- Represent the firm's brand and values through consistent engagement and firm-building activities
Qualifications
- 6 years of recruiting experience, including executive-level or professional services hiring
- Proven relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external candidates
- A proactive, adaptable approach to managing competing priorities
- Experience sourcing through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and virtual interview platforms
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to be onsite in the Chicago office at least once per week
