- Handle day-to-day management of Family Law cases
- Draft pleadings, complaints, stipulations, proposed orders, and other legal documents
- Conduct research using LexisNexis, Westlaw Next, Accurint, and other search engines and databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- ~2-3 years experience supporting a Family Law practice with significant legal writing skills and case analysis
- ~Experience in drafting pleadings and documents and preparing cases for complex Family Law litigation
