- Ensure multiple rooms are stocked throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the areas.
- Cover the reception desk as needed and perform room bookings, catering orders, etc.
- Prepare conference rooms, set-up catering deliveries, and clean the rooms post-meeting.
- Other relevant tasks as required.
