HR Representative
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable HR Representative to join their team at their Gaylord facility. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow within HR. The HR Representative will be responsible for administering FMLA and leave of absences, tracking employee attendance, assisting with benefits enrollment, and supporting various HR initiatives. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating company events, assisting with recruitment, and managing administrative tasks.
This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity that is onsite in Gaylord, MN
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and track FMLA and Leave of Absences for employees.
- Enforce and oversee the company attendance policy.
- Assist with benefits enrollment for new hires, annual enrollment, and status changes.
- Coordinate company events and employee recognition programs.
- Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and orientation.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, faxing, and filing.
- Provide back-up support for payroll functions.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies.
- Interpret and translate company communications and documents as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and committees to support organizational goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling personnel matters.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
