We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate instructional design, technical proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of instructional design experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency with development tools including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Vyond, SnagIT, Camtasia, and Brainshark (highly preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in applying adult learning principles to create engaging training solutions.
- Experience with Qualtrics surveys and their integration into training modules.
- Capable of designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that align with business needs.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with Beyond and/or Domino software.
