What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal position at Beacon Hill?
Our prestigious client - a well known national law firm with a significant Boston presence - is seeking to add to its paralegal staff. This position will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities related to Intellectual Property Litigation. Because of the extensive nature of their trial work, candidates with previous ITC trial experience are preferred although this experience is not required. This role will be also responsible for conducting factual research, document analysis, drafts documents, pleadings, trial preparation, and other pertinent materials to prepare a case. Additionally, the successful candidate will be in charge of case file management and preparation of electronic filings with the courts. Experience with e-discovery, Pacer, and other litigation specific software is also highly preferred. 3 years of IP Litigatiom expreince preferred.
