- Program Manager skills
- Multi-year, and multi-department projects - need to be able to work across many verticals and lines of business; understand the various environments and tools used
- Experience driving programs
- Can conduct presentations, status updates risk management
- Tools / Knowledge of:
- Cloud - either or both AWS or Azure - they are a mixed cloud environment
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux - same thing here; some areas are windows and some are linux
- Jira
- Confluence
- Jive
- Experience with Data Lake - Data fabric, data mining experience
- Experience with data management, data lake platforms as well as cloud technologies.
- The ability to structure, organize, summarize, and communicate complex data and execution efforts
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is desired.
