What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant - Direct Hire position at Beacon Hill?
Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Cincinnati office of a national full-service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys in the firm's Labor & Employment group with a busy high volume practice. The working hours are 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm. Duties include, but aren't limited to :
- Managing a busy inbox and responding to or elevating emails as necessary;
- Maintaining attorney calendars and scheduling meetings, hearings, conferences, etc.;
- Saving and managing documents in NetDocs;
- Preparing and submitting expense reports and manage reimbursements;
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence and other documents;
- Entering attorney billable time;
- And more.
