Litigation Paralegal

A highly respected Pittsburgh-based law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team! We are searching for an individual with trial preparation experience. Responsibilities:
- Organize and handle legal documents such as motions, pleadings, interrogatories, correspondence, emails, and other materials relevant to discovery, trial, or litigation prevention.
- Submit filings to the Court and foster strong, professional relationships with Court staff.
- Track and manage the trial calendar to meet all critical deadlines.
- Arrange scheduling for expert witness appearances.
- Support attorneys with trial preparation, including witness coordination.
- Assist during trial by verifying facts, preparing evidence, and managing presentations.
- Keep case files organized and maintain up-to-date databases.

Requirements:
- 1 years of litigation law experience.
- Previous administrative or legal experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Skills
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
