What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Analyst position at Beacon Hill?
Our client is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team! They are an industry leader in logistics located in South Phoenix. If you have experience with full-cycle payroll and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who can not only process payroll but also analyze data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle payroll for 4,000 employees
- Analyze payroll data, recognize discrepancies, and resolve issues
- Reconcile payroll and work within the general ledger
- Process payroll for a multi-state, large company (1000 employees)
- Experience with unions is a plus, but not required
Additional Details:
- 3 months contract to permanent, hybrid schedule (after training)
- Wide range of compensation based on experience
