The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of personal injury experience and the ability to step into an established caseload and manage it effectively from day one.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and handle a caseload of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation stage from inception through resolution
- Supervise and manage a team of 4-6 case managers
- Negotiate settlements, review claims, and ensure optimal case outcomes for clients
