Products Liability Attorney

Beacon Hill is working with an AmLaw 100 firm to identify a talented products liability associate with 3 years of experience for a non-partner track position in their D.C. office. This role will be approximately 80% litigation and 20% regulatory. Litigation experience required. Ideal candidate will have asbestos litigation experience. Attorneys with experience with the CPSC, FDA and NHTSA are encouraged to apply.

1900 billable hour target. Excellent opportunity to engage in high-profile complex work and enjoy resources afforded associates without the obligations of business development and other partner-track responsibilities.
