Our client, a leading commercial real estate firm, is looking for a Property Associate to join their team in Washington, D.C.!
About The Job :
- Support property management operations by handling administrative and financial tasks.
- Review and process accounts payable invoices , ensuring accuracy in coding and approvals.
- Assist with accounts receivable , including billing, collections, and tenant statements.
- Maintain lease documentation , track notifications, and ensure timely distribution.
- Coordinate tenant and vendor relations , responding to inquiries and managing access requests.
- Track and ensure compliance with tenant and contractor insurance certificates .
- Provide general office support , including managing correspondence, reports, and mail distribution.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for property records.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and expense tracking .
- Manage building access, work orders, and maintenance coordination .
- Assist with new tenant onboarding, move-in / move-out processes, and compliance audits .
