- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, assess cultural and technical fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Write and post job descriptions across relevant platforms, ensuring clear communication of job responsibilities and company culture.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future openings, ensuring talent availability for various roles.
- Provide an exceptional experience for candidates, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
