We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This role involves developing and enforcing safety policies, conducting training sessions, and performing field audits to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce workplace health and safety policies.
- Conduct training sessions, presentations, and field coaching to promote safety awareness.
- Perform safety audits, equipment inspections, and site evaluations to identify risks.
- Prepare safety permits and approvals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Safety & Compliance related work.
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
