Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand existing relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met
- Make daily outbound calls to schedule appointments and generate leads
- Enter data into our CRM database and manage your inbox effectively
- Prepare quotes for respective territories and collaborate with management daily
- Personalize emails to prospects and customers to generate leads and revenue
Requirements:
- 1 year of outbound calls/sales experience
- Sales, account management, and customer service skills
- Comfortable making daily outbound dials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
