Salesforce Education Cloud Architect

MUST have Salesforce Education experience.

Location: Remote EST

Duration: Likely 1-2 years

Position Description:

• Manage and optimize Salesforce Orgs, custom objects, Apex triggers, and other Salesforce components. Ensure the system is configured to support the agency's academic and operational needs.
• Provide support and expertise in the integration and administration of DocuSign within the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless document management processes.
• Work closely with IT and academic teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Provide guidance and best practices for utilizing Salesforce's CRM/ERP capabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures. Provide training to end users and support staff as needed.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Education Implementations is a must
• Salesforce Education Cloud Certified
• Deep expertise in Salesforce's Educational Cloud Architecture
• 3 years experience in Salesforce Education Cloud
• 5 years experience in Salesforce (last 3 in education cloud)
