What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Instructional Designer - WMOS position at Beacon Hill?
Location : Remote EST
The Senior Instructional
Designer is responsible for creating learning solutions that connect learning paths to employee performance in the Distribution footprint of the organization. This role acts as a strategic partner dedicated to helping the Distribution Solutions and Integration Team (DSIT) learning team develop effective and engaging learning solutions. This person will take the lead on Manhattan WMOS / Active training materials creation, whether video, elearning, or in-person course design.
Required :
- 3 years of instructional design experience
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design or similar
- 3 years of eLearning experience
- Experience with Captivate and Storyline
- Recent experience with Manhattan WMOS is a must
