Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the firm's business development initiatives by managing the Requests for Proposals (RFP) process.
The successful candidate will oversee complex and straightforward RFPs, collaborating with attorneys, business development team members, and subject matter experts across the firm.
This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders to create compelling proposals, develop strategic approaches, and lead the development and maintenance of proposal databases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responses to formal Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other proposal opportunities from evaluation through submission.
Collaborate with attorneys and business development team members to evaluate, plan, develop, and execute RFPs and proposals.
Act as project manager for assigned RFPs, ensuring deadlines and key milestones are met.
