Staff Attorney - Real Estate Investment Company

A real estate investment company is looking to hire a Staff Attorney with at least two years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience. In this role, you'll work on complex legal matters and manage projects with a focus on day to day operations. Responsibilities will include risk management; advising on legal questions related to property operations; advising on ADA/Fair Housing questions; supporting HR on a range of issues; and drafting a range of commercial contracts.

Qualified candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and have at least two years of prior experience. Candidates with a litigation background as well as general real estate experience will be considered.
