Strategic Finance Manager - Pricing

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a pricing team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and empowerment while aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
• Define and achieve department objectives focused on accuracy, responsiveness, invoicing, and service standards for internal and external customers.
• Oversee pricing and rebate processes, implementing policies and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with company profitability goals and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, participate in audits, and maintain accurate documentation of pricing activities.
• Provide training to team members and internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales teams) on critical pricing and rebate processes.
• Partner with IT to develop and optimize systems for pricing and rebate functions, including troubleshooting and ensuring system effectiveness.
• Act as a subject matter expert, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to support key business decisions and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of pricing and financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Deep understanding of pricing strategies, rebate processes, and the broader financial implications.
• Experience with SAP highly preferred
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams, foster employee development, and manage team growth.
