Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location : Minnetonka, MN Hybrid
Contract Duration : 6-12 months
Compensation : $24-26 DOE
Position Overview :
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless hiring process. This high-visibility role will involve collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive efficiency and enhance the candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the organization.
This is an exciting contract opportunity that is hybrid in Minnetonka, MN .
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment support, including requisition management, interview scheduling, and offer facilitation.
- Oversee pre-hire and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Complete onsite I-9 verification.
- Handle high-volume scheduling with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
