Trust and Estates Attorney

Beacon Hill is actively seeking a Trust and Estates Attorney to become a part of a dynamic legal team. Candidates will represent clients in legal proceedings in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania while managing their own Elder Law and Estate Planning cases. Responsibilities / Qualifications :

• Candidates must be licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of four (3) years of legal experience is required.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Elder Law and / or Estate Planning is preferred.
• Must have experience representing clients in court or before government agencies.
• Must have experience negotiating settlements for legal disputes
• Knowledge of Amicus Attorney Case Management Software is a plus but not required.
• Ideal candidate will have experience as an Elder Law attorney - Wills and Estates Attorney - Probate Attorney
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is necessary.
