Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Hybrid) - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal for a HYBRID position in the Cincinnati office of a national full service law firm. The Paralegal will support attorneys in the firm's Trax, Trusts & Estates practice group with various high net-worth trust and estate matters. This position has a hybrid work schedule. The working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Duties include, but aren't limited to:

• Preparing various estate planning documents, tax documents, and client communications;
• Conducting Real Estate Title research;
• Coordinating and communicating with financial planners, CPAs, and clients;
• Preparing documents for transferring real estate;
• Preparing corporate minute books;
• Preparing IRS and state-level tax return documents including federal gift tax returns and federal estate tax returns;
• Scheduling conferences and court appearances;

Qualifications

• 3 years of trust & estates experience in a law firm setting;
• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
• Experience with the IRS preferred.
