Overview
Provide personalized in-home assistance with daily tasks such as professional companionship, housekeeping, and non-medical personal care services. You offer emotional support, monitor the client's health and well-being, and may assist with mobility and transportation. The role requires compassion, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the comfort, safety, and independence of clients within their own homes.

Duties
- Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, medication reminders, and transporting to doctor's appointments.
- Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client's medical and emotional condition.
- Ensure highest client safety and well-being.
- Activity of daily living assistance.
Requirements
- No experience necessary to apply. We can assist all qualified candidates with licensing requirements.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check for licensing.
- Home Care Aides are licensed caregivers in the State of California. If you are currently working, or have recently worked as a HCA or in Assisted Living, you can easily obtain your license.
- Driver's License (Preferred).
