Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform vital signs as needed.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct weekly assessments and monitor patients' progress.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Practical Nursing program or RN Certificate.
- Current, unrestricted nursing license in Pennsylvania.
- At least one year of prior experience or training in a related field.
