SUMMARY
Responsible for the supervision of the respective group home, the individuals within that house, and the employees by performing the following duties.
The STAR program is a joint-commission accredited residential program for children ages 8 through 18 who have been removed from their homes due to a behavioral health diagnosis. The program is an intensive, maximum 90-day program with a strong family therapy component.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree plus one year work experience with children. OR
- Associate's degree or 60 credit hours plus 3 years work experience with children.
