Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Association Manager located in Huntsville, AL. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of homeowner associations and condominium associations. Key tasks include coordinating maintenance and repair projects, managing communication with property owners, enforcing community rules and regulations, and a liaison to the Board of Directors. The role also involves financial management, including budgeting, and overseeing property-related expenses.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate operations, or community management
- Skills in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relations with property owners and residents
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage team members and onsite staff
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair coordination for residential and commercial properties
- Proficiency in enforcing community rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Certification in property management or relevant field is a plus
