- Assist in the management, response, correction, and reporting for urgent/emergencies situations
- Perform, manage, and inspect projects and tasks as assigned
- Document and report project and task status
- When directed, implement training as part of projects and tasks
- When directed, assist with scope evaluation and contract oversight
- When required and directed, assist property operations with day to day maintenance/ management responsibilities
- Assist policy/procedure compliance
- Make cost and time saving recommendations for project and operations throughout portfolio
- Previous experience that includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and capital project management.
- Multi-Family Residential property experience required
- Customer service skills and the ability to develop a rapport with the residents and community staff.
- Analytical ability, problem solving and organization skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and must be available on an as-needed basis for after hours and on-call emergency services.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
