Job Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial marine construction projects. This role involves managing schedules, customers expectations, quality, vendors, and crews. Our projects range from one-day to four months in duration, with budgets between $5k to $1 million . The Project Manager will be responsible for oversight of private residential docks, bulkheads, stone seawalls, embankment / beach access stairs, dredging, and pile driving, as well as approximately 10-20% of commercial projects such as public works, yacht clubs, and marinas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Maintain high standards of quality across all projects
- Foster strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Hire, build, and maintain a high-level team
- Coordinate and oversee crews working on multiple projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of marine construction, carpentry, equipment operation, or heavy civil work is a plus
