What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Applications Specialist position at Beacon Mobility Corp.?
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process cash matching between banking and accounting for receivables, payables, and payroll for multiple accounts daily.
- Work with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll and field Billing and Collection teams to research variances.
- Set up appropriate accruals during month-end close.
- Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents.
- Identify process efficiencies and assist with automation projects where possible.
- Provide support documentation for annual audits.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.
- Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.
