Essential Functions: Provide service to customer accounts within Finance and Billing and supporting Operations.

- Collecting and recording billing data.
- Working with and supporting the operations team to collect daily billing information.
- Meet established performance goals and deadlines in ways that comply with client service level agreements.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents for assigned clients.
- Addressing any billing problems or billing disputes.
- Analyzing and generating reports on billing statistics.
- Communicating with clients to help them resolve problems and find answers to questions.
- Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to clients.
- Monitoring payments and accounts to look for payment discrepancies.
- Prepare invoice reports at client request.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Two (2) years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced degree is a bonus.
- Knowledge and experience of transportation operations preferred.
