Position Summary :
We are seeking a talented and motivated Creative Services & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will support multiple oral surgery practice locations throughout the United States by developing visually compelling and brand-consistent marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, with the ability to create a range of digital and print assets to promote the practice, engage with patients, and enhance the patient experience. This is a remote position with occasional travel to collaborate with practice teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Creation & Development :
Create visually engaging and on-brand digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, flyers, posters, social media graphics, email templates, and website assets.
Develop creative campaigns that align with the oral surgery practice's goals, focusing on patient education, engagement, and retention.Design custom visual content for use across digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, websites) and print marketing efforts (patient handouts, posters, office signage).Brand Consistency & Strategy Support :Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all practices.
Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the visual identity of the practice, reflecting its mission and values.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as marketing, practice managers, and surgeons) to understand their needs and produce creative solutions.Provide design support for video and photographic content, as needed, to enhance online presence.Project Management :Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Coordinate with print vendors and other external partners for the production and delivery of marketing materials.Content Creation for Patient Education :Design patient-facing educational materials such as post-op care instructions, FAQs, and procedure brochures.
Create visual assets to support digital marketing efforts aimed at patient outreach, awareness, and appointment scheduling.Required Qualifications :
3 or more years of Digital Marketing experience in a healthcare-based setting required.Strong proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).Experience with social media platforms including Canva, Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok.Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, and color theory.Knowledge of design for digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and web banners.Familiarity with creating ADA-compliant digital and print content is a plus.Experience working in a multi-location healthcare setting preferred.Photography & video experience preferred.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.Special Requirements :
