Job Title: HR Business Partner (EAST)

Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner will function as a strategic liaison between our field operations teams and Corporate Human Resources. This role is responsible for employee relations, leadership coaching, HR process alignment, and program development and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Influences and builds relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business.
- Provides people insights and analysis to the Regional Vice President, Operations EAST, partnering to continuously improve business outcomes in the Region.
- Partners with HR leaders and/or internal resources to work on topics such as employee engagement, performance management, succession/workforce development planning, leadership training, compensation analysis, relationship management, restructure/reorganization.
- Integrates employees and employee programs from newly acquired practices in Beacon.
- Works closely with Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR Operations to ensure employees have a great experience throughout the lifecycle of their employment.
- Regularly travels between offices in the Region as well as nationally as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills, to include the ability to influence, defuse conflict and write well.
- Previous HRBP experience working in a distributed, high turnover / hourly work environment, to include effective retention strategies and demonstrated win-win problem solving outcomes.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office; experience with HRIS systems (current system is Paycor).
- Proven experience in coaching employees and leaders through complex and difficult issues.
- A solid understanding and knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, employee relations, compensation principles, and benefits (for Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Maryland, Massachusetts, DC, and Virginia).
- Experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
- Ability to work both as a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HRBP experience in a health care / medical / MSO company preferred.
- Bachelors’ degree preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Acquisition experience preferred.
