The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience in M&A due diligence and integrations, including operations training, program/change management, and exposure to supporting high quality dental or healthcare practices. The candidate will have strong project management skills and will be extremely detailed and organized.
Job Description:
- Active leader in the due diligence process of target acquisitions in M&A.
- Leads the integration team activities of acquisitions, new surgeon hires, organic growth, and de novo by project managing the project from start to hand off.
- Communicates with the Vice President of Integration (VPI), and all applicable departments and leaders involved in Integrations to drive analytical, timely, and objective integration issues, discussion, decision-making, and execution.
- Project Manage multiple acquisitions projects at one time while consistently delivering servant leadership to key stake holders.
- Deliver exceptional onsite visitations of target acquisitions pre and post close.
- Lead change with VPI during on-site training and follow up on key integration items.
- Key relationship building of all internal departments.
- Help develop, maintain, implement, and continuously improve integration, de novo, new surgeon onboarding and location closure materials.
Required Qualifications:
- College degree required
- 3 years of healthcare or dental experience required
- 1 year of project management experience required
- Understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions & Organic Growth from an integration perspective.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate through email, conference calls, and PowerPoint across multiple departments, with multiple levels of the organization from the CEO to a Billing Representative, and with surgeons and their teams at the practices.

Special Requirements:
- Heavy travel required, 50 – 70%. Often flying out on a Sunday.
- Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.
