Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking qualified candidates to join Beacon Pointe Advisors as a Strategic Integration Associate in our Newport Beach office. This candidate will join a highly talented team of professionals that support the firm’s merger and acquisitions (M&A) efforts. This candidate will act in a support role to a Project Manager for new firms joining Beacon Pointe. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of educational achievement, is process driven, detail oriented, a strategic problem solver and takes ownership in seeing projects to completion.ResponsibilitiesSupports Strategic Integration Project Manager(s) with newly acquired office project plans to cohesively integrate new offices to the firmCoordinates between internal departments to complete integration projects as well as solve day to day operational hurdlesMeets regularly with Strategic Integration team to support new office onboarding initiativesAssists in synchronizing data transfer between new firms, custodians, and third-party vendorsManages the preparation, processing and tracking of client paperwork via mail and electronic deliveryRecords and reports integration milestones within Salesforce CRM and other project management toolsOther duties, as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree required1-2 years of experience in the financial industry specifically within client service and / or operationsExperience with custodian partners preferred; Charles Schwab and Fidelity InvestmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced, team oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.)About the Beacon Pointe Family of CompaniesBeacon Pointe Advisors is a multi-billion-dollar Registered Investment Advisor with headquarters in Southern California and affiliate offices nationwide.
