The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and supporting the administration of a multi-family affordable housing property, including handling resident files, greeting clients, data entry, and assisting with the recertification process. This position reports to the Property Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following areas:
- Receive rental applications and maintain waitlists
- Preparation and completion of resident files
- Monthly rent collection and posting of deposits
- Implement and organize file storage for existing and former tenants
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS & ABILITIES
- 2 years of administrative experience required
- Demonstrated competency with Property Management Software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- HUD and LIHTC experience
