CATERING SALES DIRECTOR, (85k-&100k DOE) UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY
Relocation Required! Position is located near Morgantown, West Virginia. Relo assistance and temporary housing provided!
Beautiful, multifaceted, property providing a full range of F&B services from elegant to casual. Equally strong mix of Social and Corporate business. Professional, gracious levels of genuine hospitality. Quality on every level!
We need an experienced sales professional with 5-7 years of high volume / high quality exposure. Will be responsible for driving top line revenue for all social and corporate segments. Create and implement sales strategy and new catering packages. Management of both inside and outside sales - handling / delegating all inbound leads, developing outside leads and reestablishing relationships with former guests. Mentor, motivate and assist your team to devise and achieve sales and market share goals. Will work closely with clients from initial contact to "day of" along with coordinating and collaborating with other department leaders to ensure flawless execution.

Please be a driven, creative, hands on Hospitality Sales Director with 5-7 years experience in a premium / quality focused Hotel, Resort, or Conference Center.
