Catering / Event Sales Manager. Monday-Friday! BOSTON, MA
Beautiful, upscale, private College club.. Stunning venue. Quality & elegance on every level. Small intimate dinners for faculty & visiting dignitaries, political and charitable events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc...
Be the brand ambassador as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries. No ' "cold calling" or outside solicitation necessary. Develop strong relationships with your guests, understand their needs to help them create a memorable event. Conduct site tours, oversee tastings, present proposals and work closely with culinary and banquet teams to develop a customized and exceptional experience
We are looking for a polished, detail focused professional with 4-6 years in Catering - Event- Private Dining sales experience with an upscale, guest focused, Hotel, Restaurant, Country Club or Function facility. Strong interpersonal and sales skills vital. Role is mostly M-F with an occasional weekend day dependent on client needs.
