Expand your skills as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by working with students of varied skill levels, including students with autism, in a public school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and develop individualized client treatment plans, including both behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of special education teachers, speech pathologists, physical therapists, and regular education teachers
- Supervise and train Behavioral Therapists to work in a variety of school settings
- Participate in PPTs, where progress and data are presented to members of the school team, as well as families of the students we serve
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Two (2) years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
