Beacon Services of Connecticut provides home-based Early Intervention specialty services for infants, toddlers, and children from birth to three years of age. Our interdisciplinary teams work together to support families throughout the state of Connecticut using high quality therapy services based upon evidenced based practices.
Our Occupational Therapists work in a given region and are responsible supporting the evaluation of young children's current abilities through the use of developmental and motor assessments. Clinicians interpret evaluation results, work as part of a team to develop individualized treatment plans, and use evidence-based intervention to facilitate children’s participation within the home and community.
Qualifications:
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Some pediatric experience helpful
- Current Licensure by relevant state board or agency
