Ability to eat meals with the individuals served during mealtimes

Responsibilities :
- Actively create opportunities throughout the day to support individuals served in achieving their goals.
- Adhere to the person-centered plans, and behavior plans as written for each individual served.
- Provide quality of care and safe and healthy setting free from harm while upholding the rights of all individuals served
- Create a space of trust and relationship with all individuals served
- Prepare and cook meals according to specific dietary requirements, food plans, and documentation for individuals served
- Transport individuals served and attend appointments, advocate, and obtain necessary documentation, when needed.
- Assist with supervision of individuals served doing their laundry and complete facility laundry as needed.
- Administer medications to individuals served as needed.
- Must remain awake and immediately accessible in all homes requiring 24 / 7 care.

Pay Range :
USD $16.00 - USD $16.00 / Hr.
Shift and Schedule : 4 - 2nd Shift
Schedule :
2nd shift (3pm-11pm) part-time, including every other weekend
Salary : $16
