Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee and enhance our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems engineering and solution architecture, with a focus on optimizing HR processes through technology. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with various departments to ensure the HRIS aligns with organizational goals and provides valuable insights into workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
System Management and Optimization
- Oversee and manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS to meet organizational needs.
- Serves as the key resource and subject matter expert (SME) in terms of system functionality for all functional areas.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- Identify and address system inefficiencies and recommend solutions for process improvements.
- Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all markets.
Standardization and Global Oversight
- Lead the design and standardization of HRIS tools, workflows, and processes across all markets to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and enforce global HRIS policies and practices while considering local compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams in each market to identify unique needs and integrate them into the standardized framework.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data privacy standards globally.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and compliance purposes.
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and address discrepancies promptly.
- Support and test system updates or upgrades in the HRIS by creating and testing use cases.
Process Improvement and Integration
- Partner with HR, IT, payroll, and other stakeholders to streamline and integrate processes across all markets.
- Coordinate with IT on system infrastructure, security, and troubleshooting, ensuring alignment with overall technology strategies.
- Lead the integration of new HR technology solutions, including workforce management, performance management, benefits, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve system issues promptly.
Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support HRIS implementations, upgrades, and process changes globally.
- Engage with stakeholders across markets to identify training needs and develop resources to enhance system adoption.
- Act as a champion for change by promoting the benefits of new systems and processes to all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Training and Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and support.
- Provide training and resources to HR staff, managers, and employees to maximize system adoption and efficiency across all markets.
- Document HRIS processes, policies, and procedures for users and administrators globally.
- Stay up to date on releases and upcoming system enhancements, training staff as necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
Strategic Contribution
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations that inform decision-making and improve employee experience across markets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HR technology to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Support HR leadership in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HRIS management, preferably with Dayforce, and a background in the behavioral health sector.
- Proven track record of designing and standardizing HR systems and processes across multiple markets.
- Proficiency in managing and configuring HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, ADP, or similar platforms.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements globally and locally.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Experience coordinating with IT teams on system infrastructure, security, and upgrades.
- Expertise in implementing change management strategies for system and process rollouts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment is essential.
Certifications
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Certification in HRIS systems or related technologies is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
