Maintenance Technician

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Consistent work attendance which may include overtime and on-call responsibilities.
• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Ensures grounds are free of trash and debris.
• Maintains records of maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for various projects performing general maintenance, interior/exterior painting, plumbing, roofing, tiling, heating/cooling, and lawn care.
• Maintains a safe and clean work site.
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to travel to the Lawrence/Bangor areas
• Must be able to navigate through work order systems in clarity and in The WorxHub.

Education & Qualifications:

· High School diploma preferred.

· Maintenance related certifications, desired but not required.

· Minimum of 2 years’ facilities maintenance experience.

· Working knowledge of plumbing, heating / cooling, water and building construction.

· Approved by federal, state and local governmental entities to work with BSLS.

· Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
