Job Description
This position oversees the day to day operations of a home to ensure the safety, security, and satisfaction of the residents and staff. Additional duties may include :
- Ensures all policies and procedures, in line with licensing, funding, and departmental expectations, are implemented and enforced.
- Direct supervision of staff and residents
- Management of home finances
- Preparation of schedules
- Oversite and completion of daily documentation
- On-call status is necessary to ensure the home is adequately staffed at all times.
