This position requires both 1st and 2nd shift availability.

Our LPNs work alongside our Residential and Clinical Departments to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.
Job Responsibilities :
Management of Overall Electronic Health Record
Complete Health Assessments
Monitor Medical Appointments to Ensure Compliance
Staff Training
Coordination of Patient Care
Requirements :
Active LPN License in PA
Driver's License (Travel is required for this position. Mileage is paid for your travel).
Experience in the ID / Autism Field Preferred
Work Environment :
Hybrid of Remote and Mobile Position
Salary
25-30 Based on Experience

Full Time 1st and 2nd shift schedule (8 hour shifts between 8am and 11pm)
Requires weekend availability (every other weekend off)
