Overview :
Stansberry Research is currently looking for an Associate Product Manager to add to our growing Stansberry Investor team. This person will support product management activities including new product development ideation, business justification, planning, roadmap development, pricing, and marketing & promotion of the Stansberry Investor and Stansberry Investor Pro platforms. This person will help with alignment across sales, marketing, software development, legal and copywriting to help deliver incremental revenue. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and gain valuable experience in product management and join an exciting and dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders including software development team, copywriters, designers, marketers and legal to get product alignment and approvals where needed
- Train and support internal and external customers, primarily via hosted webinars
- Responsible for developing written documentation for internal customer support, user stories, development requirements
- Interface with our vendors, manage vendor relationships, and approve vendor expenses
- Help support product quality assurance by reviewing and testing the platform in development and production.
