Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) 2 Capitol Hill, Room 342 Providence, RI 02903 has requested an Oracle Financial Specialist Senior position to lead and assist in supporting, maintaining and developing the Department s Oracle EBS Financial System known as FMS. The Oracle ERP Modules include: Oracle Grants Management, Oracle Inventory, Oracle HRMS, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Accounts Receivable, Oracle Purchasing (PO), Oracle Account Payable (AP), Oracle General Ledger (GL).
The contractor Technical Lead will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the Oracle R12 Financial Management System (FMS) processes and address new areas of work.
The contractor Technical Lead will work with the WorkDay HCM/Payroll and the Financial integration team on Data Mapping and Integrations. FMS is slated to sunset in October 2025.
The contractor Technical Lead will also work on Bridge Integrations between Oracle FMS and Workday between now and July 2025. These New integrations from Oracle ERP include transaction on Purchase Orders, Invoices, GL, Grants, AR, Projects. Currently these integrations are between RIFANS an Oracle Financial ERP system with its own Chart of Accounts and DOTs Chart of Accounts in FMS.
