Position: Technical Instructor Trainer Location: Austin, TX | Hybrid Possible Duration: 6 Months
We're seeking experienced Technical Instructor Trainers to design, develop, and deliver engaging training for a new enterprise system. You'll create both live and recorded content, job aids, and e-learning materials to support internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver instructor-led and web-based technical training
- Create training materials: manuals, videos, job aids, and more
- Translate complex IT concepts into clear, user-friendly content
- Support users across various platforms, including cloud-based systems
- Contribute to curriculum design and LMS content management
Requirements:
- 8 years in technical training or instructional design
- Strong knowledge of training tools, LMS, and MS Office
- Experience with IT systems, software, and support processes
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Salesforce training experience is a plus
Compensation
Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
